PURPOSE: A roller with an impact-buffer apparatus and a roller skate with the same are provided to give an impact-buffer apparatus capable of buffering an impact generated from the roller of the roller skate. CONSTITUTION: The roller(13) for a roller skate with an impact-buffer apparatus(1) includes an impact buffer member(12) having an elastic force and impact transfer plates(121,121a) coupled to the impact buffer member(12) so as to be vertically movable. The impact buffer member(12) is a spring type elastic member made of one of a compressive coil spring, a tension spring, a torsion spring(123), a plate spring, etc. The impact buffer member is an air spring.
