The purification equipment is mounted in the filtration unit (2) and comprises at least one catalytic filter formed by nickel-based intermetallic fibers. There are two successive stages of filtration (4, 5). The first has one or more catalytic filters. The face of the filter is covered by a protective layer. The intermetallic fibers support a catalyst introduced onto them. The filter is in the form of a sleeve.
