PURPOSE: An anchor device binding the front and rear portions of a trouser is provided to temporally bind and fix the front and rear portions of a trouser while relieving oneself in a closet. CONSTITUTION: An anchor hook plate(30) with two rivet holes(31) perforated on an upper side and a projection type hook(33) drawn on a lower side are put on an inner surface(11') of an upper rear portion(11) of a trouser(10). The inner surface(11') is closely attached to the rivet holes(31) by a rivet or sewn by a sewing thread(32). A ring hole(22) of a handle(21) of a zipper(20) attached to an upper front portion(12) of the trouser(10) is hung on the hook(33) of the hook plate(30) and connected thereto.
