PURPOSE: A self-execution moving image file generating system and a self-execution moving image file generated by the same are provided to make a user promptly play a moving image on a user computer without installing a media player by including the media player and a moving image file in one file. CONSTITUTION: A moving image file selector(110) selects the moving image file executed by the set media player. An execution file generator(120) makes the self-execution moving image file include the moving image file selected from the moving image file selector and the media player. A certification key generator(130) generates a certification key for the DRM(Digital Rights Management). The certification key is additionally included to the self-execution moving image file.
