PURPOSE: An integrated control device of a vehicle is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of the vehicle by making use of one integrated ECU(Electronic Control unit). CONSTITUTION: An integrated device of a vehicle is mounted with at least two electronic control systems having an output interface part driving each actuator, and a CPU(Central Processing Unit) for control giving a control order to the output interface part. An integrated control device of the vehicle comprises an integrated output interface part in which the functions of each output interface are integrated, and an integrated CPU(210) integrally controlling all the electronic control systems and giving a control order to the integrated output interface part. The integrated control device is mounted at a proper position of the vehicle in a single box shape.
