PURPOSE: A hydraulic pump for an anti-lock brake of a vehicle is provided to improve wear resistance, to improve suction efficiency of the pump, and to reduce the weight and reduce the number of parts, by forming a seal between a piston and a sleeve in an L-shape and making a cover of stainless steel. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic pump for an anti-lock brake of a vehicle comprises a pump housing(100) in which a cam(200) connected to a driving motor is installed and an inflow port(110) is formed; a sleeve(300) driven by the cam; a piston(400) one side of which is situated to the inside of the sleeve; a seal(500) disposed between the piston and the sleeve; a cover(600) combined to the outside of the seal, the piston, and the sleeve; a first spring(640) disposed inside the cover, to support the piston; a ball(900) opening and shutting a passage pipe(620) formed to the cover; a second spring(820) supporting the ball; a valve plate(800) forming a ball-receiving part for receiving the second spring and the ball; a passage groove(610) connected to the ball-receiving part and formed to the outside of the cover; and an outflow port(120) connected to the passage groove and formed to the pump housing. A flow groove(410) is formed to the circumferential periphery of the piston supporting the spring. The seal forms a section of an L-shape.
