The device has a zip fastener (1) mounted on the bottom of a jacket starting from the back area along the length of the front part till the collar. A strap has a connection unit in the interior of the jacket so that after reversing the jacket sleeves and after closing the jacket, the jacket constitutes a bag. The two triangular panels of the side, defined by a side stitch, folds over each other when used as a bag. The bag bottom resembles a diamond in which a horizontal diagonal connecting the bases of the sleeves is constituted by the lines in the side of the jacket, and the diagonal perpendicular to the former defines the fastener.
