LEAD FRAME HAVING LOCK TAPE ATTACHED ON INNER LEAD

PURPOSE: A lead frame having a lock tape attached on an inner lead is provided, in which inner lead is formed as fine pitch, improves a locking function, and endures the impact. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame(20) is provided with a bonding wire(35), a wire bonding portion(22) for attaching the bonding wire, and inner lead(21). And, the inner lead includes a clamping portion(23) formed to fix the inner lead itself. The lead frame further includes a lock tape(25) attached on the predetermined portion of the resultant structure to fix the inner lead. And, the lock tape is attached to the wire bonding portion and the clamping portion.
