PURPOSE: A contact schema is provided to enable the schema to fully inquire more than one database in order to obtain the desired contact information for individuals, groups, and organizations by interconnecting contacts based on role occupancy. CONSTITUTION: The schema for defining/relating the contacts with each other based on the contact information stored in a storing medium is provided(210). The schema is used to define each individual, group, and organization having the contact information stored in the storing medium(220). The role occupancies interconnecting one individual and the contact except the individual by using the schema are determined(230).
