The applicator has an application unit (3) with fixed and rotary units (30, 31) co-operating in rotation by forming a hub axle unit to manually displace the applicator. The displacement leads to rotation of the rotary unit with the contact of a support to deposit a cosmetic product on the support. The fixed unit is interdependent of a manual gripping unit. The units are integrated by a reversible/irreversible co-operation.
