The device enabling the horizontality of a support to be adjusted consists of a body (1) integral with two inclined guides (2) in which two legs (3) with sole plates (6) can slide. When the sole plates come into contact with the ground and after the horizontality is adjusted by sliding the legs, the angle of the guides is such that the legs are automatically locked.
