PURPOSE: A system and a method for collecting measurement data are provided to largely enhance an efficiency of an inspection work and easily collect/manage the measurement data by forming a sharing relation between a user and a measurer in order to transmit the data measured from the measurers to the inspectors and users in real-time as standardizing the different measurer communication protocols. CONSTITUTION: The measurers(100) inspect various kinds of part of an object. A CPIM(Communication Protocol Interface Module)(200) is an interface for connecting to the measurer one to one through an RS-232(Recommended Standard) communication mode(T1) and displaying/storing/outputting the measured data by processing the measured data to the actual data. A real-time PC controller server(300) transmits a communication setting condition, an ID, and the measured data of the measurer by connecting to the CPIM through an RS-485 communication mode(T2). The PCs(400) are connected to the real-time PC control server through a TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) communication mode(T3) and collects/stores/manages the measured inspection data through the measurer. |
