PURPOSE: Provided are a coating agent having multiple inducing reactions which is curable and can be removed easily by a chemical stripping composition and a method for inducing the formation of a highly crosslinked durable coating on a substrate and the removal of the coating composition from the substrate. CONSTITUTION: The coating agent comprises at least one radiation sensitive polymer electrolyte covering a substrate, wherein the coating agent is stable by induction when exposed to a UV ray and provides a highly crosslinked waterproof coating agent, and the radiation sensitive polymer electrolyte comprises a functional monomer having a functional group which is chemically reactive or swelling so as to induce the coating agent for allowing it to be unstable, dissolved, swollen or dispersed when the coating agent is exposed to a basic chemical stripper.
