PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing machine body having a washing means for washing a car to be washed inside the portal frame which can extend over the car to be washed, which car washing machine body can be kept in only a little dirty state for a long time by suppressing that the rainwater having fallen upon the upper surface of the car washing machine body drips from the peripheral edges of the upper surface and makes the peripheral surfaces dirty, and also by saving the labor required for removing the dirt. SOLUTION: The upper surface of the car washing machine body has a tilting surface 34 which tilts in the forward and backward direction such that the front side facing the car 5 to be washed and advancing up to a car washing position is higher than the rear side.
