PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material with an antistatic function which demonstrates an antistatic effect and is excellent in elasticity and feeling, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the laminated material with an antistatic function, a skin material 1 blended with conductive fiber 1a is laminated on a urethan base material 3 via a dispersion layer 2 for carbon 4. In the method for manufacturing the laminated material, the surface of the urethan base material 3 is subjected to a flame treatment, coating carbon on the surface. Then, the carbon is entrapped in a molten urethan to form the dispersion layer 2 for the carbon 4. After that, the skin material 1 blended with the conductive fiber 1a is compression bonded to the urethan base material via the dispersion layer 2 for the carbon 4 to form a laminated material.
