PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire forming machine capable of achieving higher production rate than before. SOLUTION: In the wire ring forming machine 10, a belt-like wire 90 is sheared at a prescribed place between a movable die 40 and a fixed punch 50 at each edge 42, 51, with a ring 91 detached from the belt-like wire 90. Then, the detached ring 91 is pushed by the movable die 40 and forcedly removed from the forming tools 31, 32, 33. Accordingly, the speed of removing the ring 91 can be increased linked with the higher production speed, thereby achieving the higher production speed than before. In addition, the ring 91 detached from the belt-like wire 90 is pushed by the movable die 40 and transferred to the terminating side of a stem-like chute 34 for collection; therefore, transportation to the next process is facilitated.
