PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable toilet heater device capable of blowing hot air always with a constant heating value from the back of a human body regardless of the sitting position. SOLUTION: The toilet heater device consists of an outlet for blowing hot air generated by a hot air generating device toward a user on a toilet seat, a wind speed setting means for setting the wind speed level of hot air blown from the outlet, and a distance detection means for detecting the distance from the outlet to the user's body. The wind speed value of air actually blown based on the wind speed level set by the wind speed setting means is variable according to the distance detected by the distance detection means.
