PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for papermaking by which the yield is improved by studying a method for adding a yield improving agent when papermaking is carried out using a module headbox paper machine. SOLUTION: The method for papermaking can be achieved by adding the yield improving agent into white water returned to the headbox, mixing the white water with papermaking raw materials in the headbox and then carrying out papermaking when the papermaking is carried out in a module jet type paper machine.
