PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of production of coloring with high luminance because a dynamic range of a solid-state imaging element is narrowed when an amplification factor of a preamplifier is decreased to increase the operating point of the solid-state imaging element for the purpose of increasing the S/N. SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a solid-state imaging apparatus with a high S/N without coloring at high luminance that estimates an object condition by using not only luminance information of an image but also dividing the image into blocks and comparing a peak value of a luminance signal with an average and using an optimum high luminance coloring cut level in matching with the object condition.
