PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an organic electro-luminescence device, in which a coating liquid containing a macromolecule organic EL (electro-luminescence) material is coated in a uniform layer thickness on a silicon blanket used for a relief reversal offset printing method. SOLUTION: A gravure roll 2 which is installed in a wet coating device has tapers at its both ends. In this case, the tapers 2b and 2c are positioned directly under respective pixel forming unnecessary portions of the silicon blanket 1, which are located in both sides of an effective pixel formed portion of the silicon blanket 1. The coating liquid is supplied to a silicon blanket surface from its under side and is coated on the silicon blanket surface, while keeping a sheet width of wetted part 3a held between the effective pixel formed portion and a surface of the gravure roll constant in a silicon blanket rotating shaft direction. In this coating method, the taper portions corresponding to the picture forming unnecessary portions absorb unevenness portions of the sheet width of the wetted part 3a or the like.
