PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of preventing each unit cell from incorrect connection. SOLUTION: A plurality of unit cells 1 are stored into a case to electrically connect each of the unit cells 1 one another. Each of the unit cells 1 is provided with a convex part 4 or a recess on a side face or a bottom face of an outer side of the unit cells 1. The case is provided with the recess or the convex part to be respectively engaged with the convex part 4 or the recess of each of the unit cells 1 on the side face or the bottom face of its inner side of the case.
