The arm has an integrated overload protection (3), located within an angled section. During non-regular load, the protection device permits pre-selected deflection deformation and/or adjustment of the arm or parts of it. The device consists of a rotary joint or a pivot bearing (22) with power limiter (11,23), which permits its adjustment when an adjustable maximum load on the limiter is reached or exceeded. The grab/transfer arm is T-shaped, and the overload protection acts independently on both arms.
