PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical multiplexer which is moderate in working accuracy and does not give rise to a restriction in the wavelength of the light to be used and an optical device using the same. SOLUTION: The optical multiplexer is provided with a collimating section 8 which respectively discretely collimates a plurality of light signals inputted from the outside to one light signal, a condenser lens 9 which condenses the light signal collimated to one by the collimating section 8, an output channel waveguide 2b which is inputted with the light signal condensed by the condenser lens 9, and a common optical waveguide 3d which is disposed between the collimating section 8 and the condenser lens 9, and through which the light signal passes.
