摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner which is wide in a temperature region free of occurrence of a fixing offset, does not give rise to initial image fogging, and can continually obtain images of high image quality (having no image fogging and having a high density) even if a large amount of printing is performed, and to provide a method for manufacturing the electrostatic charge image developing toner, and an image forming method and image forming apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic charge image developing toner having at least a resin, coloring matter and coloring particles containing releasing agents, the coloring particles are produced by obtaining flocculation of latex particles and the latex particles are a mixture composed of particles respectively having peaks in at least ranges of 50 to 200 nm and 300 to 3,000 nm. The latex particles having the peak in the range of 300 to 3,000 nm are 0.5 to 30mass% of the entire latex particle. Also, the excellent effect of making it possible to continually obtain the images having the high image quality (having no image fogging and the high density deterioration) even if a large amount of printing is performed is obtained as well.
