PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gull wing cover opening and closing holding structure of construction machinery for holding a gull wing cover in a prescribed open state without interfering with a blade lift cylinder when fixing the blade lift cylinder in the state that a vehicle is conveyed. SOLUTION: The gull wing cover (4) can be held at an intermediate position in this side rather than an open end. The gull wing cover opening and closing holding structure comprises a bracket (11) fixed at the side of a vehicle body side engine hood (3a); a guide member (12) vertically swingably connecting one end with a horizontal pin (14) on the bracket (11), forming longitudinal slots (12a) on the other end side, and forming an engaging groove (12b) sideward of the intermediate position of the slot (12a); and a pin (22) provided at the gull wing (4) side and inserted slidably in the slot (12a) of the guide member (12).
