PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling screen device capable of being ventilated through a window even if a window opening in the center of a frame placed to the window is in a state to close with the screen. SOLUTION: The rolling screen device is so constituted that take-up spindles 2 are provided to a pair of sides opposed to each other of the frame 1 placed to the window, respectively, and that the window opening 10 in the center of the frame 1 is opened and closed with the screen 3 wound on the take-up spindles 2. A vent hole 4 connected to the inside and outside of a room is formed in the frame 1, and at the same time, when the window opening 10 is closed with the screen 3, the vent-hole 4 is closed, and a closed body 5 opening the vent hole 4 by moving the screen 3 further in the closing direction is provided to the rolling screen device.
