PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a close adhesion property to organic and inorganic backings and ensure the dispersion stability and the sufficient storage stability of paint while maintaining a design property, resistance to a solvent and chemical, an adhesion property, and aesthetic appearance required as paint for a floor. SOLUTION: Acrylic copolymer containing hydrolysis silyl group and hydroxyl group is reacted with multifunctional isocyanate to form a composite paint film having siloxane coupling and urethane coupling in order to improve the close adhesion property to organic and inorganic backings while maintaining the design property, resistance to a solvent and chemical, an adhesion property, and aesthetic appearance required as the paint for the floor.
