PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding shielding device shielding a boundary between shielding bodies rotatably connected with each other and preventing the formation of such a gap that the other side can be seen from one side by maintaining shielding even if a certain extent of deformation occurs in each part due to a long time use, storage or the like. SOLUTION: The shielding device forms uneven teeth 18 constituted of teeth 18a parallel with a predetermined straight line along a predetermined center angle part of a virtual cylindrical surface with the predetermined straight line along every side as the center of right and left sides of the central shielding board 10, the right side of a right shielding board 12 and the right side of a left shielding board 14. When both shielding boards are relatively rotated, the teeth 18 on the right and left sides of the central shielding board 10 and the teeth 18 on the left and right sides of the right shielding board 12 are so constituted that the other teeth 18 around the predetermined straight line of one teeth 18 are relatively rotated with the predetermined straight line of the other teeth 18 as the center while engaging both teeth 18 with each other.
