PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a side popping storage type slide seat capable of correctly reengaging a seat bracket with a rail bracket even if an operation lever is touched by mistake when a seat cushion is returned back to an original usage state. SOLUTION: In a side popping storage state, since one end of a rotating lever 19 advances into a slit 21 and the movement of the operation lever 18 is restricted, the operation lever 18 is not rotated even if the operation lever 18 is touched by mistake when the seat cushion 2 is returned from the side popping storage state back to the original usage state.
