PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly feed sorting air over whole width in a rice hull sorter. SOLUTION: In an air sorting apparatus for the rice hull sorter, a hulled rice air sorting passage 10 formed below rice hulling rolls 7, 7 parts includes a tilted rack 30 running from a hulled rice receiving trough 12 till a suction fan drum 13a with gradual upward inclination so that the sorting air flows through the air sorting passage 10. Among a part of the tilted rack 30 approaching a suction fan 13, a central width part W corresponding to the fan drum 13a is made to be in a state being along an tilted plate surface and a terminal part of a part thereof being remote from the fan drum 13a of left/right sides is bent upward to constitute a ramping edge 32.
