PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further stabilize the fitting of a magnet and to further reduce the magnet fitting work cost. SOLUTION: An iron powder removing apparatus is composed of a filter 22 arranged on the outside of an inner cylinder, a check safety valve 24 arranged on the inside of the inner cylinder 15, and a magnetic flux forming device 33. The valve 24 is formed from a valve main body 25, a valve disc 29 supported by the valve main body 25, and a coil spring 34 for biasing the valve disc 29 in the closing direction. The device 33 is supported by the valve main body 25, and the spring 34 is installed between the valve disc 29 and the device 33 and biases the valve disc 29 and the device 33 in the opposite direction. The spring 34 is used for biasing the valve disc 29 and stably setting the device 33 and can set the device 33 in the structure of the valve 24 without making the structure of the valve 24 complex.
