摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for identifying unknown factors contained in a biological vibration phenomenon from time-series data of the vibration phenomenon, and a method. SOLUTION: The apparatus for analyzing biological time-series signals is characterized in that it comprises a chaos analysis means for performing a chaos analysis of the time-series data of a biological vibration phenomenon of a correlation coefficient calculating means for calculating a correlation coefficient between predicted time-series data acquired by the chaos analysis and the data of the biological vibration phenomenon, and an identifying means for identifying the number of factors relating to the biological vibration phenomenon on the basis of the correlation coefficient calculated by the correlation coefficient calculating means.
