PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve waterproof property of a connector, and to expand a circuit arrangement space in a circuit board, in regard to the structure of a connecting part of the connector for electrically connecting a wiring part stretched between two case bodies, which are connected to each other through a hinge part, through the hinge part to the circuit board inside the case, and in regard to a portable terminal device using the same. SOLUTION: An end of a flexible substrate 50 is provided with a connecting board 51, and any one of the connecting board 51 and the circuit board 41 is formed with a connector 53, and the other thereof is formed with a connector receiver part 43, and the connector receiver part 43 and the connector 53 are connected to each other for electrical connection. A seal member for sealing surroundings of the connector 53 is interposed between the connecting board 51 and the circuit board 41. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
