POWER TRANSMISSION BELT AND METHOD OF RECOVERING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a belt for recovery in the same manner as in a regular belt while facilitating a belt recovery operation. SOLUTION: A band-shaped belt structure 5 is spirally stretched across a pair of pulleys 3 to form an annular belt body 7 with a specified width. A connection sheet 9 is stuck on the surface of the belt body 7 to fix the portions of the belt structure 5 adjacent to each other to each other. Now the mounting operation of the toothed belt 1 for recovery is completed. The band-shaped belt structure 5 is formed by spirally cutting the annular toothed belt with a regular specified width in the longitudinal direction of the belt. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
