PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust roller bearing in which retaining force of a roller is improved while maintaining lightweight and low cost. SOLUTION: A retainer 14 is formed by a plate. Side edges 14e, 14f are bent so as to abut on an end surface of a roller 13. Even when forming the light retainer 14 by one plate at a low cost, the roller 13 can be retained by the side edges 14e, 14f in addition to retaining a pocket part 14a of the retainer.
