PURPOSE: Provided is a radiosensitizer which has therapeutic effect with low dose rate as same as high dose rate of radiation treatment with reduced adverse side effect. Therefore, it maximizes the effect of radiation treatment. CONSTITUTION: A radiosensitizer is characterized by containing free form of oleamide represented by the formula(1) or its innoxious salt, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
