<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash memory capable of copying data at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: The data are copied by using a plurality of memory sections, and each memory section is furnished with an address multiplexer, a data multiplexer and a page buffer. As the data copying operation, the address multiplexer and the data multiplexer are respectively controlled by a control logic circuit, and a prearranged address bus and a prearranged data bus are selected, then the flash memory is constituted by copying direct the input data from the page buffer made as the corresponding source to the page buffer made as at least one destination through the above prearranged data bus. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
