<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly and easily execute writing work of personal information about a product. <P>SOLUTION: When mounting a delivery refrigerator 2 newly purchased instead of a discharge refrigerator 1 of a disposal target to a use place, user information is read from an RF tag 3 of the discharge refrigerator 1 stored with the user information, and the read user information is written to an RF tag 4 of the delivery refrigerator 2 then and there.
