<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up a screen display on a client's terminal device. <P>SOLUTION: When a web server 13 receives a request from a client terminal device 2, it creates and stores the screen information corresponding to the request if the corresponding screen information has not been stored. If a manager's request to change the screen information is made after storage of the screen information, the web server creates and stores the screen information corresponding to the change, and transmits the stored file to the client terminal device 2.
