<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake unit for an internal combustion engine, which unit can be suitably controlling complication in structure and increasing in the height of a casing while integrally housing a plurality of intake volume parts therein. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of a casing base 30 is partitioned into three volume parts 34 to 36 by partitions 32 and 33, which vertically extend inside the casing base 30 to reach the bottom and top surfaces 37 and 31 thereof. Covers 40 to 42 are respectively attached to the upper surfaces of the volume parts 34 to 36 to cover the same so as to form a casing having three compartments therein for constituting an air cleaner and first and second resonators. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
