PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage collection bag formed of a roll body which is easily adjusted in size. SOLUTION: The garbage collection bag 2 is formed of a roll body which has a winding body to wind a tubular net formed by sewing a knit material 5 of polyester fiber in a long tubular from one end thereof in a roll and is formed by folding back a winding end portion from the inner side to the outer side, and covers the winding body by the winding end portion in a packaged manner. One tubular opening end 15a of a cut net 13 which is obtained by cutting the tubular net unwound from the roll body is closed and tightened to form a bag shape by using a polyester yarn drawn from the knit material 5.
