PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed-through capacitor which is capable of simplifying a process of forming external terminals in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A plurality of dielectric sheets 11 are laminated into a rectangular parallelepipedic laminate 10, internal electrodes 41 and grounding electrodes 51 are alternately provided through the intermediary of the dielectric sheet 11 inside the laminate 10, and input/output terminals 31 and 32 which serve as external terminals connected to the leaders of the electrodes 41 and 51 and grounding terminals 33 are provided only on the two opposed end faces of the rectangular parallelepipedic laminate 10.
