PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct elongation and strain of a screw caused by thermal expansion and prevent hunting or vibration of a screw axis feeder under high speed/load conditions. SOLUTION: The amount of elongation of a screw is detected, the detected amount is divided by the length of a thermally affected area, and the resulting value is defined as a coefficient, by which a pre-commanded command value is multiplied to be subtracted when the screw is elongated or to be added when the screw is shortened. Then, the corrected command value is used as a command value for a servomotor. Through semi-closed loop control, vibration is prevented from occurring and target accuracy is attained.
