PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can enjoy an object in a form desired by a user without depending on the outgoing form of an object provided by an information provider. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an application cooperation information 1 where the sort of meta-inforamtion to supervise creation or update of an event, an application to start or control when the event is detected, and a parameter in that case are related to one another and registered; a meta-inforamtion supervising means 2 to supervise the event, acquire metainformation created or updated and hold it until next update; a meta-information analyzing means 3 to analyze which sort of the information is held among the information registered in the application cooperation information 1, and an application control means 4 to start or control the application related to the corresponding meta-information according to the application cooperation information 1 from among the sorts of the analyzed meta-information.
