摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric loss tangent-measuring device which can decrease danger by measuring a dielectric tangent of a live part of an electric wire in a non-contact state, has a simple constitution, and can be carried, and a non-contact voltage measuring device which can improve accuracy by measuring the dielectric tangent by using the dielectric tangent-measuring device and correcting the measurement voltage using the value of the dielectric tangent. SOLUTION: This dielectric tangent-measuring device which measures the dielectric tangent of an insulator, comprises: a first current detection means for detecting a reference alternating-current advanced by 90°with respect to alternating voltage applied to a conductor through the insulator being in contact with the conductor; a second current detection means for detecting the dielectric loss current caused by the dielectric loss of the insulator through the insulator; a phase difference detection means for determining the phase difference between the reference alternating-current and the dielectric loss current; and a calculation means for calculating the dielectric tangent of the insulator from the phase difference.
