Vibrating plate (1) comprises a base plate (2) set in vibration by a driving device (9) and having as support components at least one bottom plate (3), an upper plate (4) and a cell structure (5) arranged between the bottom plate and the upper plate to reinforce the base plate. The supporting components form a base plate with a natural resonance frequency at least 2-5 times, preferably at least 3-4 times the frequency of its vibration. An Independent claim is also included for a base plate of the above vibrating plate. Preferred Features: The supporting components are welded together to form a self-supporting body.
