PURPOSE: A system for inhibiting growth of citric acid crystals is provided to suppress plating defects generated due to large citric acid crystals by pumping stagnated plating solution resulting in generation of vortex in the plating solution, thereby preventing crystals of citric acid from growing to large citric acid crystals. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a citric acid container(10) in which a plating solution(100) including citric acid is contained, and through which a plating object to be plated(12) passes; a storage container(20) for storing the plating solution to circulate the plating solution to the citric acid container; a circulation pump(30) for circulating the plating solution of the storage container to the citric acid container; a crystallization preventing container(40) for giving the plating solution to the storage tank and receiving the plating solution from the storage tank to generate vortex; and crystallization preventing pumps(50,52) for preventing citric acid form growing to large citric acid crystals by moving the plating solution of the storage container and the crystallization preventing container at a high speed as generating vortex in the plating solution of the storage container and the crystallization preventing container, wherein the crystallization preventing pumps are rotated and pump the plating solution at a higher speed compared with the circulation pump.
