PURPOSE: An air conditioning apparatus of a vehicle is provided to discharge or ventilate polluted indoor air by automatically supplying external air into a car room. CONSTITUTION: A cigar jack(100) has a cigar jack switch(110). A ventilating relay(200) controls power supply supplied to a ventilator(210) transmitting air into a car room. An air supply selecting switch(300) switches the air into internal air and external air. When the cigar jack switch is turned on, an air conditioning control unit(400) operates the ventilator for a predetermined time through the ventilating relay, and switches the air into the external air through the air supply selecting switch. The cigar jack switch has a temperature sensor(111). If a temperature sensed by the temperature sensor is higher than a reference value, the cigar jack switch is turned on.
