<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a ceramic-resin material compound three-dimensional structure, where a ceramic portion having a high aspect ratio is positioned inside a resin material portion. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method, a forming die 11 made of resin is prepared first. In the forming die 11, a main cavity 12 that has a shape correlating with the ceramic portion and is formed by a light shaping method, a sub-cavity 14 having a shape correlating with a bank-like inorganic material body for forming the outer surface of the resin material portion, and a communicating passage 15 for allowing the main cavity 12 and the sub-cavity 14 to communicate with each other are formed. Additionally, air is evacuated through the communicating passage 15 for introducing a ceramic paste 21 from the sub-cavity 14, thus filling the main cavity 12 and the sub-cavity 14 with the ceramic paste 21 for burning and hence destroying the forming die 11 made of resin by fire. Further, an inorganic material sintering body is obtained, a portion surrounded by the bank-like inorganic material body of the inorganic material sintering body is filled with resin, and then at least bank-like inorganic material body is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
