摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain large resistance force and reduce time and labor required for centering when performing construction in a cross sectional force transmitting device for a slip type structure. SOLUTION: In stress transmission within allowable load between concrete structures, load in the direction of the outside of a face between both of them provides large resistance force by an elastic member 2 of an elastic anchor bar 3 restrained and sealed into an outer pipe body 4 and is transmitted to a cross sectional force transmission steel bar 1 through the elastic member 2. The cross sectional force transmission steel bar 1 does not cause deformation under predetermined load proof stress and does not cause deviation in a scope other than allowable elasticity scope between the concrete structures K1 and K2.
